Sample Player not saving parameters

Postby Groovz » Sat Jun 14, 2014 9:25 pm

I have downloded the Sample Player/Looper from...

http://www.synthmaker.co.uk/dokuwiki/do ... per_player

...then added a Preset Manager and saved as VST. The problem is, when I save my project in FL Studio, or use the Preset Manager, none of the parameters are or .wav file are saved or loaded, except for the slow/fast knob.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thankyou!

..preset connections in sample player look ok....it should work...
if your in VST mode, save using the "save" preset.
Re-load the VSt Plug-in, and then load the preset you saved....it should be there.

otherwise,
if you were thinking that the PM behaviour in VST mode should be the same as FS..sorry

let me explain a little....

Your in FS, you save some presets and next time you re-open schematic in FS,
your presets are there exactly as you created them....yes??...ok.....

Now you've made a vst from this schematic, when you load the VST Plug-in, your
presets are there exactly as you created them....yes??...ok.....

Ok, so you think great...it's working...you save some more presets while your there...
But when you load the vst-plug in again...your new presets, that were created using
VST Plug in, are nowhere...yes??

To make the PM work "automatically" like the way it works in FS, you have to modify it.

Here's one way of going about it...

Nubeat7 also recently dabbled in the PM department as well.....

Also, which of the 3 sample players on the link are you using?...might help

Hi Billv,
After much head scratching, I discovered it was the lack of VSTPara primatives that was causing the problem. As a newbie, I've got some research and much more head scratching to do.

Thanks for your reply!
