Does "Playing" primitive works
...in Wavelab 7 or greater, or in Cubase? I know that it didnt work with some previous release of flowstone...

Yeh...there was an issue that was fixed in the "Amber" update.
Ran a quick test in Cubase LE 5 (5.1.1)..
Ruby, Green and Blue "Is playing" versions all working.
