List all modules in project?

Postby guyman » Sat Apr 07, 2018 10:44 pm

Yo Yo gang.

Sometimes I find myself with more than one preset manager in my project (like the one I'm working on now.) is there a way to list all open modules by title or something that i currently have in use? So i can locate my problem?

Unfortunately, no. The closest thing I believe would be the Schematic Statistics, found in the File Menu, which shows the NUMBER of prims, modules, wirelesses, etc, but it does not show names.

Here's a possible workaround, though, for your situation:
You can use the Tab key to jump between instances of wireless Xmitters/Rx'ers. Using this feature with one of the wireless connections used in the Preset Managers can help you locate them.

Create a receiver (wireless input) with the name "Before Preset Change" (which is one of the transmitters in the Preset Module). Caveat: The location you place this will have to be nested below the same module as the Preset Managers, so that the link is enabled (shown by the wireless icon on the input turning green). Select this wireless input then press Tab multiple times to jump to all instances of the matching wireless output found in the Preset Modules. Decide which one of those you want to keep (should be the highest level in the schematic), and delete the other.
