I would like to create something like this
i would like to create a very specific wave-sequence module wich i need some help...
heres my idea:
- create a wave vector oscillator using small files of audio external to the pluygin (yes, very like the korgs wavestation and m1 synths)
- the vectors would be load directly to an array gived a specific location to them (plugin folder/data)
each vector would have a number, and that number would then be assigned into a random button in order to create fast mixes and combinations, making this plugin somehow fun and easy to program even for people with few patience to create everything from scratch...
- i would also want introduce some very interesting elements into the oscillator in order to make each vector very suitable to transformation, things like grain or frequency modulation is something i would like to think about as well as some other features that can manipulate sound source.
but then, it comes the tricky part, i would very much to have the possibility to create a sequence of each vector like the korg wavestation, wich was incredible to create riff sounds and combinations... it was kind of an envelope with sequencer, where you could load different sound waves and cross them making the sound unique...
the sequencer is like this...
and this is what i dont know exacly how to do it... each part of sequencer have a crossfade and sustain time and if and the hability to loop it self...
but my problem is the sequencer envelope because its something i never did made before, i understand how it works but i dont know how to program something like that.... step sequencer would be a principle, but a step sequencer steps different notes, and i want different sources of sound for each step and each step as crossfade and a sustein time...
