Where to Download FS Alpha 64 bit version?

Hello all,
I guess this has been asked many times before but i couldn't find a clear answer through searching previous posts.
My main concern for 64 bit version will be creating Audio Effects. nothing related with synthesize , rubby, etc.
Plz sharea link and not having to sign up on some web site and asking somebody..
Your most potential customer as soon as you release that lovely 64 bit thing.
