One Gigantic Vsti Problem!

My vsti will not save when I close my D.A.W (Live). This problem has been bugging me for months and is still bugging me. I've tested the problem in another D.A.W. (Reaper) but still no difference. I've also tested if other vstis would save when I closed my D.A.W. and fortunately enough they did save. Two of these vstis were free and they still were able to save unlike mine. I've checked Reaper's forums but still no luck. Is there anything I can do to fix this terrible problem or do the Devs need to fix the problem?

Little information here but this sounds like a preset management issue.
