Latest update for Martin's 'Randy' synth
After being split to multiple threads (my fault) and confusion caused by my ancient computer not rendering the .dlls correctly, thus causing me to mistakenly wonder if there was a fault in Martin's schematic (what temerity) , Martin did correct a minor flaw (probably unrelated) so here is the latest version of both Randy and my modulation 'extension' of it (with Delay in place of the built-in reverb), Randy +.
I hope this brings more attention to this amazing creation of Martin's. As I said before if you just run through the presets and bang a few keys or run it with a sequencer you wont fully appreciate the magic of this machine. You have to listen to the rich, rolling quality of sustained notes (play with the Detune a bit) and most importantly play it with a Velocity keyboard, even better with one that also outputs Aftertouch, as I've added aftertouch control of the Filter.
With FS 3.0.8.1

This is a beautiful sounding synth by MV and it looks great Kevin. Both versions!
What’s the plan for these? Will you and/or Martin host them on your site or sites?
Should I put them on the Flowstoners website?
It’s up to you and Martin but I would be very happy to upload them.
Cheers

They're particularly rewarding for me, to play with my ancient, goofy Casio Horn as it (unlike most 'breath controllers') generates both Velocity and Aftertouch mssgs, rather than Breath Controller. If I'm interpreting Martin's schematic correctly, velocity is (unlike most synths) affecting the actual waveform(s) being generated! One thing I wish Martin had included was a global velocity sensitivity control - here they are with that added (full to half, in six steps) - did I break anything?
Updated Randy with A-touch for VCA.

Not even the patches I was working on!
I hadn't tried any of the Randy synths before, and I really like it. The range and depth of sound available from such a small footprint is very impressive. So much so that I had my first patch making session for ages. Here's a preset bank file for Randy+ containing the existing presets plus half-a-dozen of my own (NB: I changed the file extension to .fsm just to make the forum allow the upload - you may need to change it back to .txt to load the bank into the synth.)
All schematics/modules I post are free for all to use - but a credit is always polite!

Cool stuff Trog ! - thanks for those.
I especially like 'Astral Piccolo' with a taste of MVerb 7 added.
UPDATED the Randy schematic in the previous post to allow replacing the VCF and VCA Aftertouch with any of several real-time performance controllers (footpedal, breath, wheels, etc.), and button to disconnect the wheel from the LFO when used for VCF and/or VCA.
Also, I neglected to add the '+' to the global preset name for Randy + (which I've now done; above schem replaced), so here's Trog's presets renamed to work in the now-correctly param-named Randy +.

With Martin's permission I'd like to add a page to my website devoted to Randy, K-S IV and MVerb 7, and as much bio info on Martin as he'd be comfortable with; links to his site, etc. Be happy to also host the results of the MVerb 7 'GUI party'. I'd also love it if he could provide a little more info on Randy than we have at this point - especially a little more on specifically what the various unusual osc controls do.

That’s fine Kevin.
I already have a link to your site on Flowstoners, so that should be sufficient.
Cheers
