My wife and I muddled through it with an app on her phone, and though interesting it didn't contain the info I was hoping to find: the details of the filters. Even the schematic was no help as there's no values given for the inductors in the filter circuits! Very frustrating. Would be great to do an emulation of the Ondioline - it was the most flexible and capable of these pre-synth electronic keyboard instruments, but without this information, it would just be a lot of guesswork.

We got it translated - the info on the filters isn't contained in the document. It practically tells you how to build one from scratch, but doesn't say anywhere what frequencies the filters are operating at.

It’s frustrating not to have all the details of an instrument you want to simulate.

In many instances I couldn’t get all the info I needed. For example what formants are present in various harpsichord cases? No info. In this case I provided a comb filter so the user could try various cabinet resonance sounds, according to taste. So you could provide tweakable filters like you did in FREEdrich.

Something else you could do would involve samples of the real thing to analyse the spectra. But then of course you may not be able to get decent samples of such an ancient instrument.
