The Quilcom Vectomorph: Explore vector osc morphing
Hello playmates!
A while back tulamide started talking about a vector-style oscillator. I made one in DSP which worked but sounded crap due to truly dreadful aliasing. Martin Vicanek made me a good one, using his particular brand of magic and wizardry.
This Quilcom Vectomorph is the resulting synth which makes it possible to experiment with such a system. The wave shapes can be morphed smoothly in real time and there are 2 Generators, providing for a large range of possibilities, some being demoed by the 21 presets.
There’s a user guide included and the VSTi plugin is on http://www.flowstoners.com under Quilcom.
Have fun and I’d love a morsel of feedback!
Cheers

Hi Spogg,
Very nice ! Looks like a lot of work went into this. I got some really good true instrument sounds from it. I should have set presets. If I can recreate them I will post them. Really like the morphing aspect, it really adds to the sound greatly. I need to spend a lot more time playing with this one. I highly recommand to all you out there that use synthesizers a lot, this is a good one! A really fine job as always.
Take care, BobF.....

Hi Rex, sounds great, you reminded me MyCo HMMM ...
how do you come up with this? this black magic?
I really liked the fact that I can make sounds quickly and accurately, s they are not like the others!
Thank you for your unique experience, you are brilliant engineer!
