Hello forum members

Since I have found no tool, which represents csv files I have written myself one.
It mainly consists of ruby code.
For a better understanding, I have just designed it as a module.
If you need it, you can split it accordingly and, for example, to use Lyric texts in MIDI.

The module [CSVtoARRAYa.fsm] was created under "FlowStone 3.0.9 Beta 2"
The module [CSVtoARRAY.fsm] was created under "FlowStone 3.0.8"

I'll later add more tools as soon as they run error-free

It looks impressive!

What are you using this for in practical terms? Is there a music-related use for it?

Cheers

Yes I use it to display Lyric from MIDI files synchronized in bars(MIDI clock).
To do this, enter the bars of the sung syllables on the [Row in]
The sung text passages with [,] separated from the midi file on [CSV_In]
This can be placed as a semi-transparent text field over the notation

Fascinating! And you did mention lyrics in the original post.

I wouldn't mind seeing a screenshot or something to illustrate what you mean.

I had thought that CSV was really just for diaries and address books and so forth.

Thanks for sharing this unusual project. Another diverse application of Flowstone, always appreciated.
