help with v3.0.92b-3078-g4cd0529 preset and DAW issue

has anyone else had this issue?... im using v3.0.92b-3078-g4cd0529:

the preset manager is not recalling which preset was used (inside the DAW) it will always default back to the 1st preset. i initially used a botched together preset manager but seen this issue, so i swapped it out for the default manager and still the same thing.

i also posted this on the slack... but im hoping for a faster response here as i released it to a small audience of beta tester already and its a rather large issue.

Most people here use the release version, you wont find any help with the alpha most likely.
