The simplest pitch shifter is made of two fractional delay lines with varying delays and crossfading. Works for small shifts only. For larger shifts you need something smarter, depending on the signal. Monophonic material is suitable for PSOLA, whereas polyphonic input will be best treated with a phase vocoder.
I posted some stuff on SM but unfortunately the site is down.

boro dada ask nic he have one. i mean Nix = nicholas. On the forum name Nix.

And if your nice mybe he helps you :D

Check hes phonics audio

Effects / Shifter

there is a

3 line variable pitch shifter stomp. Can run the lines in parralel or series. Supports PDC, as the grains take 1500 samples to process. It works without pops in small projects, but when the CPU is busy, it sometimes pops, due to the trigger architecture. Can reccomend rendering audio to samples in large projects. It works by resampling grains.

Ask him he know this stuff.

And be nice hes a very cool and good guy :) like a bro :D !
