Flowstone and Synthmaker: new Facebook group

Postby Spogg » Sat Nov 05, 2016 12:51 pm

Hi all you lovely Flowstoners!

I’ve created a Facebook group for Flowstone and SynthMaker addicts.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/998621100284460/

It occurred to me that if Outsim (DSP Robotics) ever went out of business that those of us who want to could stay in touch. It could also serve as a means of communication independent of the forum. I haven’t made up any rules for this group so use it as you will. I’ll only delete spam or offensive stuff.

If you don’t use Facebook currently, but would just like to join in, you can easily create an account and keep your profile set as private as you wish by using the padlock icon at the top of the page.

I do hope that many of you will join for our mutual benefit and entertainment!

Cheers

Just to say that as of 23.11.16 we have 23 members. Please consider joining if you haven't, since this will be a way to stay connected if the forum were ever to dissappear!

Cheers

is this really a realistic scenario, after no full update since a long time now... you make me afraid of that

so please tell me that the devs are working on some huge mature update!

To be honest I thought about this a lot before I created the FB group because I didn't want to frighten the horses. Of course I don't have a working crystal ball so I can't say for sure what will happen but I do have my concerns, but no actual knowledge. So I'm not holding anything back from you.

Cheers

Any type of statement, or indeed participation, would be a dream come true

It's a waiting game...

This is going well... we have 53 members as of today :D

There is now a document, under the Files heading on the FB group, where you can enter your Facebook name and your forum nickname plus any info about yorself you might wish to share. This is to help FB members relate to forum members they may already kinda know from the forum.

This isn't obligatory of course and we understand that some prefer to remain as anonymous as possible.

See you there soon...?

Cheers

Just bumping this!

As of 21.12.17 we now have 184 members :o

Some members are now using the group for technical stuff and relevant announcements and I'm sure nobody wants to miss out, so...
If you haven't already done so, please consider joining in.
