Wifi communication

I want to communicate via wifi with modules that will output temps and accept input to actuate a relay. The idea is a remote module will provide a temperature measurement to flowstone and when the temperatures set in flowstone is met it will signal a relay that will start a blower... I am very new to this so any direction ins greatly appreciated.

Flowstone does support UDP/TCP communication....how to set it up correctly, I don't know. I'm not that great at this, but thought I could point you in the general right direction or spark a solution...
