Mp3/WebRadio/Audio pich possibilities

Postby ruben » Thu Jan 24, 2013 11:31 pm

Hi people I'm glad to see this forum gettin' more life the last weeks. I have somethings to ask...
Flowstone works with mp3, great!
#1 - is it possible to create a rompler that plays mp3?
#2 - Is it possible to create a playlist for a mp3 player.

I've seen an example on FLexamples/audio that it's a radioweb player, but i've tried to make it work and I hadn't any success.
#3 - is it possible someone post an example with a radio that plays so we could understand what's wrong (if the example is right) it is possible that it's something wrong with the example, I made a radio station, kind of "listen2myradio" with shoutcast adress and never get it working. Am I doing something wrong?

Finally
#4 - I been watching around all the work done with pitch & grainshift and when I use it with the songs its a mess... is there any solution to have a audio pitch like a Technics 1200 MkII, that can be cristal clear. not distroying the sound?
Thank you. Cheers

Hi,
It's great when we have unsolved questions... The administration send me the old stream web player that don't work... Does it works for you? I Tried the URL that is in the example, didn't work, I tried other radio station's URL and nothing, I used shoutcast adress and nothing. Why?! Does anybody now the reason? does anyone has a URL that works or the example or is just fiction?

Cheers

Hi Ruben

Im sorry to report that I along with a number of others have had the very same issues as yourself concerning the web streaming component! it does not work for me with either my broadband or 3G tether on any of the computers i own (7). Some people have suggested problems with AV or firewall blocking it but, i have tried it on systems with No av nor firewall running and still get nothing from it at all, some others have it working without any sort of problems at all which is quite weird!

hope you get it working!

Thank you, it's a pitty no one cant pop around and explain what we are doing wrong... I don't use firewall... is it from the URL? What else!

And about the other questions is there any one smart enough to develop a MP3 rompler, a Mp3 playlist, or a thrustfull pitch control for audio? I'd like to post my DJ worstation... But something is missing to make it perfect. Thank you guys. Have fun an a great week!

Greetings
Ruben

Hi Tiffy, It's Christmas time!?
Thank you, for not forgetting this issue... I thought that there wasn't any possibility to develop something better than what I've done... Something new woud be great and a play list make the things better. If you don't mind to post it here, that would be nice.
Merry Christmas
