Links that are connecting modules - could be improved. Because they have context menu (adding/deleting points), it could also have in/out counters, for selecting order number "on-wire" and not only on connecting points (which is not always fun). These markings on connection points - are not always well visible/noticable, plus - you can't "just" reorder out-comming links.

Yes, that would be useful - as you say, it might prevent a lot of re-linking when testing different trigger orders.
Also would be nice if the pop-up menu showed the current value transmitted by the link - to quickly see values without needing to place readouts etc.
